【Ievads】Šo projektu pēc pasūtījuma izstrādāja Nanke Electric Hebei Xuhui Electric, un tas ir 12. pilnībā automatizētā transformatora viedo testēšanas sistēma 2025. gadā, kas speciāli paredzēta klienta tīkla drošības kontroles un elektroenerģijas kvalitātes vadības pamatproduktiem, var veikt ikdienas, tipveida un īpašos testus visiem 35 kV un zemākiem sprieguma transformatoriem, dzirksteļu slāpēšanas spoles un sausās serdes sērijas reaktoru testēšanu, realizējot testēšanas intelektualizāciju, datu precizitāti un procesu standartizāciju, kā arī pilnveidojot klienta produktu pētniecības, ražošanas un testēšanas visu nozaru kvalitātes kontroles sistēmu.

Voltage level: 35 kV and below (rated 38.5 kV), including 35/20/10/6/0.8/0.69/0.4/0.23 kV

Capacity: 35 kV ≤ 5000 kVA, 20 kV ≤ 3000 kVA, 10 kV ≤ 2500 kVA; grounding transformers are available with or without low-voltage windings, with the maximum capacity of low-voltage windings being 800 kVA

2. Arc-suppression coils

Voltage level: 10 kV (10.5/3 kV), 35 kV (38.5/3 kV)

Taps / current regulation: tap-changing type with 9/14/19/25 taps (20%–110%), capacity-adjusting type with 16/32 taps (0%–110%), phase-controlled stepless regulation (0%–110%)

Frequency: 50/60 Hz, induction testing at 100–200 Hz

3. Dry-type iron-core series reactors

Voltage level: 10 kV and below (10.5 kV), including 10/6 kV

Capacity: 10 kV ≤ 1200 kvar; reactance rate: 5%–12%

Frequency: 50/60 Hz, induction testing at 100–200 Hz

2. Turns ratio and connection group measurement (8 columns)
